About the Role
We’re seeking a Sales Operations / Customer Support Representative to help streamline our sales processes and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Role Description
Administrative Task Support
- Manage and process inbound sales orders, sample requests
- Monitor order flow and proactively resolve fulfillment or compliance bottlenecks
- Prepare sales presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up communications
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing to fulfill sales-related requests
- Support materials for trade shows, both on-site and off-suite support
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain SFDC accuracy with complete updates on opportunities, leads, and accounts
- Refresh sales dashboard to identify areas of opportunity and resolve discrepancies
- Consolidate and update sales reports for bi-weekly ELT review
Process & Compliance Support in a Regulated Industry
- Track key sales KPIs and refresh dashboard reports
- Support SKU launch readiness, including materials and timelines
- Prepare sales documentation to maintain compliance with nicotine industry guidelines
“White Glove” Sales Support
- Own post-account onboarding for B2B customers
- Ensure accounts are “ready to sell” faster (labels, compliance, merchandising)
- Be the first point of contact for operational questions so sales reps can focus on new business
- Maintain account health dashboards so leadership can see account activation progress
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar, and Microsoft / Google productivity tools
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred:
- Experience with reporting / analytics platforms and sales planning methodologies
- Background in nicotine, tobacco, cannabis, alcohol, pharm, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with compliance documentation (Certificates of Analysis, filings, product labels)
- Knowledge of marketing / sales restrictions in regulated environments (advertising limits, geographic restrictions, age verification)
- Ability to collaborate with legal / regulatory teams to ensure compliant practices
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive data under strict protocols
